Maplestory Justice! Update

NEW CHARACTER REVAMPS: Gunslinger and Thief updates!
New character incoming: Phantom

Phantom is a new character in maplestory who will use a cane and cards to inflict damage. Whenever you kill a monster, you will recieve another random card which you can use to kill another monster with.
He is another "hero" who has been sealed by the black mage with the other 4 hero's.
The Phantom has many new things. He comes with brand new hairstyles, and he also has a mount which is a car!
Like mercedes, he has extremely detailed skills which take a couple seconds to commit. Though, the results of his attacks are extremely powerful.
Also, there is a new area to be added, it is called the underground city that disappeared. There is a rumor of this Ghost that haunts the town, Aswan. She is controlled by a General of the Black Mage, Hillia. She is also rumored to be Maplestory's new boss.

Technological Age or "techno age" consists of new etc."skills".

Alchemy skill^ Equip forging^ Jewel Maker skill^

The game now adds these "Profession Skills"
There are 5 profession skills to be mastered. Once lvl. 30 You will be able to learn 2 of them.

Skills-
1. Herbalism- You drink potions. You need to collect herbs, flowers, and seeds in the maple world. Once you have done so, you can make herb oil, which allow you create a huge variety of potions. 1 Of the best potions is the "Giant Potion"
in which you literally become huge! Check my KMS friend, he demonstrated it for a cost of only 500k, ty jacky!

So yea, trust me this isn't zoomed -.- I don't lie to you. Ever! *cough* Seriously. So you use the potion and become temporarily huge. In this time, you can still talk, you cannot use skills, and if you jump on monsters you LITERALLY SQUISH THEM !! Haha You can be Mario or Luigi! If you get hit, you return to normal. I have heard this skill cannot be used lots of times because of lag, and stuff. So for people with laggy computers, i recommend you do this with a limit or you could have a trip to D/C

2. Mining skill- You can mine ores and crystals in the Ms world with your axe. You can also make refined jewels and plates from mineral ores.

3. Equipment Forging skill- Use your newly refined jewels and plates to forge tons of defense armor and weapons. Made by yourself!

4. Jewel Crafting- Make accessories like belts, rings, earrings, face accessories, pendants, and shoulder pads from refined jewels and plates. Seriously, your making your OWN customized item with already given stats. Thats awsome

5. Alchemy Skill- Use the herb oils from the herbalism skill to create a wide variety of potions. You can also disassemble and fuse equips with Alchemy.

While doing these skills, your characters fatigue* (Extreme tiredness, typically resulting from mental or physical exertion or illness) rate will increase. So if you dont want that to happen and decrease it, go to the Npc relating to your skill. Here are all of them...

That was the TECHNO AGE- heres the summary, you CAN get 5 new skills depending on your level, each of them are to do with equipment, forging, mining, and quests. You can now make customized items and forge. The giant potion is only 1 potion of of the ton you can make. What are you waiting for? Start mining once this update has begun!

P-v-P -

Player vs. Player will now be added to maplestory! Yes indeed, you will be able to battle against your grandma. Player vs player is a battle where you are randomly selected into teams, and battle till you die, or time runs out.

Here are the details:
Requirements: Lvl 30+ ~ must be ownage

In the area, your stats, levels, and accessory equips will be balanced.
No hacking is able to be done in the area. The map is constantly checked for hacking.
There are 3 playable modes:
Survival mode: - Battle without any restrictions and/or rules. Sort of like free play.

Team Match- Players are chose randomly and cannot be chosen. (that sucks.) Battle within a time limit

Ice Knight mode- 1 person gets to be the ice knight. from there, all other players are supposed to survive from the knight. Ice knights is supposed to freeze all players in the map. ( Freeze tag without the unfreeze ability)

Players who battle will earn p-v-p points. Or Bp (battle points) You can buy items with em'.

Tips: 1.Sorry to say, but if you are facing a dualblader, if he is pro enough, you will lose. Dual bladers will be the most Over powered job here. They do big hits.

2. The battle works without hp. You don't get hit, its actually, Cool! Miss, Great! types of hits. you use skills and since dual bladers have very fast and very long and ridiculously long skill moves, they will own.

3. You earn Bp if you lose or win.

4. Dont be discouraged for a loss. Go no mercy on some noobs next battle!

5. I dont think you can quit a battle but you can run away and afk.

6. I recommend you dont battle right when it arrives. Wait a day or 2 because the area wil be max crowded and channels and worlds will crash enormously. This is the biggest accomplishment and greatest addition to maplestory.

7. It really sucks thats you cant form a party and go in. Depending on who is battling, you will be selected to battle with random people. Sometimes if your lucky, you might be paired up with friends! Or, be facing against them. Trust no one and show them how much you own em!

8 Be pro and be ownage.

Crossbow Master- 100% critical rate for "Snipe" skill dealing 900% damage 4 times ONLY to bosses.

Paladins- "Blast"skill damage has decreased from 300% to 285% (- 15% meh )

F/p: Archmage: Base damage of Paralyze has been decreased from 210% to 140%  (- 70%)

Key : Job/ skill / change / (% different) WM*=Weapon Mastery ; DoT= Damage over Time

Note: All JOBS WM* accuracy has been increased from 60 to 120. (applies to all jobs that have WM*)

Maplestory Chaos- Aran and Evan Rebuilt!

Maplestory has created a new aran, yes,yes. This new and improved aran has new skills, and has a good strength balance in the game play. Sorry to say but this aran in the picture is O.P. Normal Arans dont usually do this much damage. Arans, final charge will now have 100% critical rate. We know that arans will get a skill called Combo Judgement. (shown in the picture ^^) The skill is an extremely powerful, Mobbing-Ice move. It hits monsters depending on skill level and freezes, and hurts them over time only if successfully hit. The best part is that the skill hits more than once. Some skills were moved to earlier job advancements. Mhm

Evan The Dragon Master

The Evan has been rebuilt as well. With a greatly improved attacking speed, these guys also recieved new skills.
Dragon Blink: Teleports you to a RANDOM location throughout the MAP you are currently in.
Dragon Sparkling : Depeding on you skill level, your attack will increase at a certain success rate, Wm:chaos pointed this out, the skill is similar to "final attack" ( Dawn warrior and Bowman skill)
Protection of the onyx : This a party buff which can give you extra avoidability for a certain (varies on skill level) amount of time.
Will of the onyx: With this buff on, you can fight without getting knock-backed from a monsters attack. For a certain amount of time (skill lvl vary)

Maple obviously didnt want just these 3 to be rebuilt. Dont worry ALL other jobs are rebuilt AND BALANCED finally.

Dawn warrior's will have a very hard time leveling. Nexon has replaced brandish to lvl 70 and Soul Driver to lvl 100. Not only that, Soul Driver has been nerfed - attack up to 6 monsters (not 8) and 180% damage instead of 250%

It is true that when these three jobs DO come out in chaos, you will get an extra character slot in your account. All three jobs, (if just made after chaos) will start as lvl 50! So if you think you have messed up your dual blade, aran, or Evan, You can create another starting at level 50. (Make sure you have created it and used it BEFORE deleting your previous aran, dualblade, or evan.

Maplestory Chaos 1st update Return of the Hero

Maplestory chaos is a new update similar to the Big Bang. Maplestory Chaos consists of a series of updates, just like The Big Bang.

1. Return of the Hero- Maplestory's first update for Chaos will balance the fairness of skills. Finally, The over powered Dawn Warriors and Mechanics strength will be nerfed to Balance maplestory's jobs. They wont be super downgraded, but just enough so that we cant be kill stealed (ksed).

2.Maplestory has REBUILT the aran, evan. It also has made Dual Bladers over powered once again.
Too see the aran and evan rebuilt, please check the other posts for it. Dual Bladers have new skills just like the other 2 and they are much cooler. Check it out!
on the left you can see (new skill) Blade Fury, and the one on the right is supposed to be called Phantom Blow. They also get a new skill called Vital steal. Mhm

3.The small things of Chaos will be that Skill points will be reset, just as Big Bang did. So if you raised the wrong skills, dont worry! You will be able to reset them on each and every character you have.

4.Oh yea! For those high lvled characters, we all hate to have to wear such low level equipment right? No problem! LVL 140 equipment WILL BE RELEASED! Yes!

5. Maplestory will create new places for us to enjoy and have fun owning monsters. Training is a bit easier. yea!

Q1: I know this is a stupid question, but why are they giving us Sp reset scrolls again??
A1: Its because some jobs' skills' were nerfed meaning they are now bad. Because of this, nexon is giving you a chance to reset those points just in case you don't want that skill anymore, or you messed up your skill build

Well first of all. You might be asking, all you are going to do is tell us what is on the maplestory website. Why come here then? Answer: well maybe the maple site is down, or something, but in all other cases. You come here to learn more about these events. Events can include , maintenence, FUTURE NEWS, help, more info, and more info. Yes. more info but no info about cash shop updates and other useless things unless i want to.
